Bumbles Nursery's generous Christmas gifts for Operation Christmas Child

Staff and children at the Bumbles nurseries in Maghull and Aintree will be giving people a happy festive season this year after collecting more than 60 shoeboxes for the Operation Christmas Child appeal.
The appeal sends shoeboxes full of gifts to disadvantaged and needy children across the world and the kids at Bumbles put together 63 boxes, packed full of toys, clothes, sweets, toiletries, books and other goodies.
Nursery teacher Heather Summerskill said: "They’ve really enjoyed the project and are happy to have helped so many people."
